Charging at 30W speed means the phone and the charger could heat up considerably. OnePlus has integrated a fan in the wireless pad to keep things cool, and as per the folks at 9to5Google, the charger does its job. However, it has a couple of downsides. For one, you don’t get standardized USB-C cables and removable wall plugs. Plus, the cable is too short to be used in a regular setup.

It has four charging modes and it optimizes the current flow as per the device placed on top of it. It switches between 5W, 7.5W, 10W, and 15W charging modes.
